- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Dr seagers or however you spell it he's a tall bald white male , he is a creepy doctor, he displayed pervertish/creep body language, He walks in the room on women without making sure they are covered first, he honestly gives the impression he's mentally unstable, he's such a creep. If you have him you have the right to refuse his treatment. And if your under 18 and are pregnant and all that you are allowed to be treated without parents consent, they like to lie about that, but tell them to call the person higher up than them and it will be all good.February 13, 2017by Andrés Mercado
